Sales & Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any orders placed.

Refunds will not be provided for teams or individuals who choose to opt out of Picture Day or fail to attend their scheduled time slot.

Any individual who has placed an order but does not attend their scheduled time slot will not be eligible for a refund; however, a credit equal to the amount paid will be issued for use toward future league photography services.

The only exception to this policy applies to weather-related disruptions that prevent the completion of scheduled photography services. In such cases, accommodations will be evaluated and addressed on a case-by-case basis.
